Uninsured Motorists

The Insurance Research Council estimates that 14% of drivers are uninsured in the United States.1 If you are injured by a driver that has littler or no insurance, you may be able to make an uninsured or underinsured claim with your own insurance company. Uninsured motorist coverage covers injuries that result from an accident with a driver who has no liability coverage. Underinsured motorist coverage covers injuries that result from an accident with a driver who has insurance with limits that are lower than the injured party's underinsured motorist coverage limits. To adequately protect yourself if you are injured by an uninsured or underinsured motorist, it is important to increase the limits on your uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage.

In addition to handling claims against negligent drivers’ insurance companies, we also represent the needs of accident victims and their families in cases in which the defendant has little or no insurance.
